I feel so bad posting all the time it seems and always asking easy questions!!

Some of you know yesterday I was about to quit. But thanks for supporting me!! I have had 3 victories! First I've lost and inch off of both my thighs, second this morning I asked my brother to come for a walk with me.. but we jogged which I have never done, and we jog 3/4 of the way, we walked for only a little stretch of road! If not for him I wouldn't of been able to, he really pushed me just by saying "we're almost there" "you can do this!" and "come on! you can beat your brother!" (since I am an competitive person hahaha) so I was so happy that I didn't give up with that!! This morning I weighed myself and I'm at my lowest weight yet!!!! Ive lost 15lbs now!! yaaaaaay!! Im at 205, and my dad said at 190 he will buy me roller blades!! 15lbs to go!!

Congratulations! Glad you are sticking around. I too have recently learned I can run on the treadmill instead of just walking. I am up to running for 20 minutes now...when I started I could only run maybe 1 minute. It does get easier you just have to push yourself. It may hurt at first but you feel great afterwards. Keep it up!!!!!!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Clover51, I will keep that in mind! It WILL get easier!!

May_marie you are so right!! I can't wait to be under 200!!! I remember when I was about 16 and looking at the scale and it saying 190!! eeek! haha Im really excited for it!

Mamapants, Over Easter I tried to focus on not eating so many goods! I did thought and like you I didn't gain, but I didn't lose. Then I got sick and almost lost all motivation!

Thank you all again!!  :drinker:

That is so awesome!! You know, sometimes it truely is darkest just before the sun comes up. I have found that when I'm struggling the most, be it finances, discouragement with weight loss, etc., that if I just hold out a little longer there is a dramatic shift. Persevere girl!! You are doing it YAY!! :drinker:
