Losing motivation and not weight?

I'm not a dietician/doctor/personal trainer and I haven't got any sort of qualifications in weight loss etc. But I have educated myself quite a lot on weight loss to prepare myself for my personal journey from what I have studied as part of my a-levels, help from my own personal trainer/dietician and from tumblr.
If you're losing motivation, need help/guidance or just a friend, please add me! I'm always here to help and could do with extra friends to help me along this journey.
