Polar FT80 HRM

I just got my Polar FT80 in the mail today! I am so excited! I won it on Ebay for 35.00. It came with the watch, hrm, and the flowlink to upload my information. I think I have everything set up but not sure. It is kind of overwhelming with setting up programs and such. Anyone else have this and any suggestions? I was using just a basic Polar hrm that only did heartrate and calories burned. I want to use this to the full extent to help me improve my fitness. I am a runner/jogger. I started to lose weight 1 1/2 years ago with just walking. I was over 200 lbs at the time. I am now down to 150 and have been stuck the last few months so I am hoping this can help achieve my goals. I ran my first 5 K a few weeks ago. I have another one coming up in May and one in June. The one in June will be timed so my goal is to improve my time. I also notice it has a strength training program and that is another area that I want to start working in more. I have a home gym but rarely use and would like to start toning up. Any suggestions would be helpful!! Thanks!!
