Reflections

Does anybody ever reflect on the weight lost and think nooo I was never that heavy, that can't be right - I was 13stone+ last christmas and I'm not really sure what weight I see myself as now, just generally healthier!

A couple of colleagues positively commented then were quick to say that they thought I would look like I had lost too much if I lost more. I am sticking with my goal weight at least until I make it back into the 60's and am going to focus on getting strong in the process and reducing body fat. At 11st4 I still feel very heavy and know I could be in much better shape. It just feels really odd having shrinking assets and baggy clothes.

Also does it ever feel strange reflecting in the way that you stand and hold yourself as you watch the scales go down or is this just me being physically weak and having little muscle?
