10 Week Challenge Starting April 22nd

Hey,
I'm Tyler from Fort Wayne, IN. I'm starting a 10 week challenge on April 22nd to July 1st. I'd like to lose ALOT of weight in that time frame and would like to chat with people about it to help me stay motovated and to help you stay motovated. I would love for someone to start their own 10 week challenge from April 22nd to July 1st so that we can motovate each other.

My GOALS after the 10 Week Challenge
My current weight is 250
My Goal Weight 190
Get a good tan
Whiten Teeth

My Fitness Plan.
Walk at 3.5 mph at an incline/ While studying for college for 2hours, TWICE a day
Completeing 4 sets of Machine Press, Pull Downs, Butterflys and free weight Arm Raises TWICE a day
Completing the Ab Ripper 200 (From the Old Power 90 Workout) TWICE a day.
Wear ankle wegihts at work where I walk several miles a day.

My Diet.
800-1200 Daily calories
Most calories will come from various protein shakes
