BodyMedia Users: I have a question!

I recently got the BodyMedia Link armband and while I absolutely adore it, I can't understand why when it automatically adds my "calories burned" to MFP (I use MFP to track my food, so I linked the accounts to get a more accurate workout calorie count) it adds WAY more than just the calories I burned during my workout, sometimes as much as double that. I eat back some of my exercise calories, but I am worried that when the BodyMedia armband adds thousands of extra calories to my food diary, I will not be able to keep track and may end up overeating even though MFP says I have calories left to consume. Is there any way to change the settings on the armband so it only syncs workout calories and no more than that? Thanks!
