Hi, My name is Padma and I just installed this app on my iphone and started logging my food and workouts for last 15 days. I am 40 years old and used to weigh 155. I am down to 148 in the last 5 weeks by observing what I am eating. For a long time now, I kept ignoring the food diary thinking that it is such a waste of time. But when I started keeping the journal for my workouts far last year and half, I realized that it helps me to see the gains I have been making in my weight lifting and it was very inspirational. Then, I thought that food diary is not a bad idea. I am glad that I started this. Now, I eat carefully eat because then I need to log that and I do not want to waste my calories on Frivolous foods. I kept a limit of 1500 calories and at least 45 min exercise 4 days a week. It is really helping me and I hope that I inspire at least one person to do it....
I want to lose at least 15 lbs more but I will be very happy with 10 more gone. Wish me luck...
