Hi,
To those who are reading, my name is Daniel, I joined myfitnesspal a long time ago, but never really used it. However, now I realised that its time to keep a track of what I eat.
I have been training for a few years, taking breaks in between due to financial issues, or injuries. However since January 2013 I've began training really hard, and eating well. I have gained 10kg since, and feel like never before.
My goal is to bulk until 2014, and later on do a cut to roughly 8%/7% BF depending on how I feel. My goals are based on my dreams, and I will strive to achieve.
I am open to help, share my story or if you have your own tips , advice please don't hesitate to share it with me
p.s. if you share the same dream, lets achieve it together. I believe motivating each other will help us work towards our goals easier and with joy - add me if you want
