Hi all,
I just wondered if I did not eat all my calories on any given day if I am able to add them to my calories on the next day so I am not going into 'starvation mode' and so my calorie intake then balances out over a full week?
Thank you

You can use the site any way you want.
Lots of people use a weekly balance sheet approach.
You won't go in "starvation mode" by under eating occasionally. It's long-term underfeeding that will hurt you.0 -
Yes, I always go by the week, it evens out
And starvation mode is myth, ignore it, or do forum search to find many a discussion0 -
Thank you both that's great information.0

I think it evens out. A day or two of under eating won't put you into "starvation mode". I think varying your intake can give your metabolism a boost anyway :happy:0

Never try and roll over calories you will be defeating your weight loss goal and for the daily intake it says its better to stay a bit under u wont go in to starvation mode as long as your eatting the right food and keep your water intake in. Feel free to message me any time for more advice0
