What is 30 Day Shred

I see so many amazing results online when I google it I pull up a Jillian Michaels video, is that all it is? Do I need to buy equipment or anything? What is your experience with 30 Day Shred?

there's an eating plan too i think, but i've only done the workouts. the workouts are great fun and you just need weights

It was alright for me. I felt a change in my body, but didn't notice a change in my clothing. I didn't do any measurements, so I can't really give an accurate opinion. I just think it was a good starting point for me.
