I just recently joined this & I have a recommended calorie intake of 1300 & I just cant seem to reach that. I'm not a big eater. I just started eating breakfast & lunch again. I was a 1 meal girl (dinner).
Wednesday, I was 315 below
Thursday, I was 323 below.
Any suggestions

Yes - it is bad for you and prolonged undereating can cause serious metabolic and hormonal problems. Search for the BMR TDEE posts and follow that for effective, reasonable, and sustainable weight loss.0

I figured out my TDEE - 20% and it says it is 1935 & my BMR is 1516. That seems like so much. Guess bigger breakfast & lunch would be the way to go?0

Fill in your calories however you llike - I tend to eat more from 6pm - 11pm than I do from 8am - 6pm and it works just fine for me.0
