end of the semester! woohoo need a little get back on track

ok, this has been an absolutely crazy semester both academically (18 hours, 2 kids, 2 jobs, 2 dogs...) and in my personal/family life. I've unfortunately had to completely drop my exercise and my diet has turned to stress eating JUNK for about a month. So i'm almost done, just a couple more papers to finish. I'm hopping back on my track of healthy eating and i'm super excited to start p90x monday. the question is, do i need to worry about a super strict detox or cleanse diet or anything for a few days because of all the junk? or will the renewed exercise, my normal healthy eating and lotsa water enable my body to take care of the abuse i've done it the past few weeks? any thoughts are helpful.
