I just made delicious chilli from scratch. If you ordered this in fast food or bought in supermarket the sodium level would be sky high. My recipe totals 600 grams sodium . 1,431 calories feeds 2 maybe 3 people

93% ground beef
28oz can of unsalted crushed tomatoes
16oz can Rienzi red kidney beans
clove garlic
2 tbs chilli powder
1 green pepper
1 large onion
spices if you want

brown meat for 15 min in separate pan fry garlic pepper and onion in olive oil . use slow cooker for beef then add the other ingredients slowly. Cook at high on slow cooker or you can use regular pot. Ready in 2hrs maybe 3 depending on your taste buds. You will love it and its guilt free for mind and body

I substitute lean ground turkey in the place of ground beef :-)
