    Anyone can do yoga! I don't think that it helps much in the way of weight loss but it's good for core strength. To me, yoga is like group therapy with motion. I feel warm, fuzzy and in control afterwards; that feeling might help with regulating your eating.

    Balance improves with yoga. Practice makes for better balance.

    I've personally found that I just feel better after doing yoga. My muscles feel happier after I've done a sequence and I find that I sleep better after I've practiced. I do modify my poses slightly, but that's due to some personal issues rather than my weight.
