Longest time so far!

So when I started working out, it was just 30 minutes on the treadmill with a 10 incline, and I struggled, and sometimes I would do a 9 minute cardio exercise.

Today, 6 weeks later I just did :

50 minutes on the treadmill 10 incline.
Ran 1 1/2 laps in about 5 minutes.
Did a weight training warm up for 5 minutes
Did a 10 minute leg strengthening warm up
And finally a 40 minute cardio, ab, and weight training exercise

I am exhausted, thank goodness I have my break day.

30 minutes went to about 1 hour and 50 minutes in 6 weeks, and I feel great!
