    Hello Friends!!

    I have posted on the Success Stories board before, but I just took some new pictures, and I am SO EXCITED about my progress thus far... I just had to share. I don't look, or feel, like the same woman anymore. It's amazing!! In order to shape up, I have used a plethora of Jillian Michaels DVDs, working out at home about 4-6 days per week. Of course my journey hasn't been perfect, but I have tried my best and refuse to give up, and I hope this provides a little motivation or inspiration to those of you who need it. (Also, my true "before" pictures have been flagged and removed once before on this site, so I am using a photo I took a couple of weeks into my weight loss journey.)
