Just had my baby, Im back!

I had my daughter 9 days ago and Im ready to get back to where I left off. Obviously I cant jump right back into my workouts but until my doctor gives me the "okay" Ill be watching what I eat.

I would like to meet new people and help others reach their goals. Im willing to push you, if you're willing to push me back :)

    Congrats on your baby! Remember even though you've had baby I wouldn't jump into eating at a deficit just yet. I'd just be smart about what I eat for a few weeks...enjoy the baby! :)
