Hi guys, I don't usually post so please be nice :)

I'm 5'8 and weigh around 170pounds. My goal is to lose around 20-30pounds but I am more focused on dress size, I want to lose 2 dress sizes so am not too bothered about weight.

Could you please comment your opinions on the diet I've been eating (posted below) and exercise plan. I want to do it as quick as possible while staying healthy so advice on what too change, add or lose would be great.

Breakfast - 1/2cup steel cut oats with almond milk. 10 pistachio nuts and berries.

Snack - 1 rice cake and a almond butter (a thin spread)

Lunch - a big salad with as much veg as possible. Protein source like tuna or eggs (I don't eat meat) 1 slice of rye bread

Snack - plain Greek yogurt (100g) with stevia & cinnamon (maybe fruit)

Dinner- a protein & veg meal (like stirfrys, salmon, tofu etc)

I go spinning 3x a week and circuit training or my tabata workouts with weights 2x a week.

Any advice please would be great. I just want to know a, doing things right as I struggle to find a balance between too little or too much.

Thanks :)

20-30 Lbs in 4 weeks...you need to have much more realistic expectations.

Make sure you eat enough and know that you will not lose 20-30 pounds in a month, in a healthy way, at least.
  • Oh I don't mean I want to lose the 20-30lbs in 4 weeks I just want to see as good results as possible. I just wanted advice for my diet that's all
  • The 20-30lbs is my overall goal, sorry I should have made that clear.

    5'8" size 2? Hope you have a small frame. I'm 5'8" and even at my thinnest post-puberty I was a size 7.

Fishes are meat, silly! You are a pescatarian.

Otherwise, I suggest throwing in some heavier weight lifting than you're used to. While you won't lose many lbs, you will shrink in size!
  • I don't want to be a size 2, I said I want to lose 2 dress sizes. I know am a pescatarian, I only said I don't eat meat, referring to chicken, steak etc.
