Success since March 25th

This is when I really started using this site to track everything. I use a heart monitor to get the calories burned per exercise. As of today I have been tracking for 51 days.

Since March 25th (51 days) - Weight 227
Logged 51 hours of exercise - Avg 1 hour per day
Only Missed 6 days with 0 minutes of exercise
Logged approx 38,680 calories burned - Avg 758 calories burned per day
Current weight 205 - Lost 22 pounds

    Just curious as to you mode of exercise and when you find the time for an hour every day?

    I get bored with cardio easily so I usually do 30 minutes of Elipical, then weights. Sometimes, I do an additional 20-30 minutes of treadmill at the end depending on the time. I hit the gym at 5:30 every morning. At first, I was just doing 6am to 7am but recently got up earlier so that I can get an additional 30 minutes in each day. Once I hit my goal weight, I will probably back off to an hour 4 days a week.
