Those annoying last inches

Well, this isn't my first time here. I joined about a year ago, did pretty well and almost got to where I wanted, but then I got lazy- I started working out even more (two hour volleyball practice 4 times a week), but stopped logging, and started eating bad, because I felt it was OK because I work out so much.
Since the summer, I only gained up to 5 pounds (I'm back to my original weight, but I look better, so I know some of the gain is muscle), my problem is that because I'm almost how I want to be, and I don't feel too bad in my body like I used to, I just don't have enough motivation- I'm not fat anymore, but that isn't my goal!
I want to lose some more inches (not pounds, because I want some more muscle), and be able to look in the mirror and instead of thinking "eh, a bit flabby, but OK", saying "Damn, looking good!"
So, the big question is- how do you get the motivation back?

I'm pretty much at my weight but looking to continue getting rid of the left over belly. We've got a great group started on facebook to help with accountability on a daily basis. If you have any interest just let me know.
