to lose 30 pounds what would you think i should do ?

ok i know this is annoying and i ask too many questions.... but i want to lose 30 pounds and i need a workout plan
does 20 mins on the elliptical and 20 mins jogging sound good?
as well as working out my arms and core?
my CW :155
goal weight: 125
im 5'1 19 years old.
I'm going to start off by eating 1,600 calories my BMR is 1521
and my TDEE is 2358 with a 25% calorie cut.
PLEASE HELP!
