So close (to goal) but yet so far ...

I have lost forty-two kilos so far and have eight to go before I reach my goal. Each kilo seems to take so long to drop off and I need some suggestions on how I can step it up again. I am determined to get there! I have come too far to just stop here. Any suggestions on how I can make this happen would be greatly appreciated. :smile:

    Wow first I need to say you should be PROUD of yourself!!!! Remember that the closer to goal the slower the weight drops so you need to be patient with yourself...and treat yourself nice!!..Up your exercise a bit.. I hit a place and stayed there for weeks..until I upped my effort in exercise for a bit...hang in there you are doing awesome!!!!!!
