90 day programs - what to do when travelling

I've always hesitated to start a 90 day program because I travel at least once a month for work. I ordered Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and will start in about a week. I travel week 3 for 2 nights. I can't just move my off day because I'll miss multiple days. What should I do? Just another workout in its place?

    You could take it with you and play it in a laptop or write down the exercises before you go.

    I am also doing body revolution we were planning on going away for 5 nights over Easter and I planned to take it with me along with my portable DVD player and do it in the hotel room as its only 30ish minutes this is achievable. We didn't go in the end but that was the plan. I always continue to workout on holiday I get up early while the kids and husband are in bed and go for a run or use my kettlebells. I am sure the other caravanners think I am crazy (I workout in the awning) but I don't care.

    If it's just 2 nights you can easily skip a workout. If you're going for a week or longer it'd be good to find a way to do some workouts during your holiday/worktrips.

    Write down the exercises, and do them in your hotel room. If your laptop has a DVD player, bring the DVD and follow along to the best of your ability.
