How to log personal trainer workout

I have been working with a personal trainer, separate from doing cardio. Most of the exercises I do with the trainer involve resistance bands, medicine ball, stability ball, etc. Because of a recent knee injury, most of the exercises now are for the core.
How would you log this on your exercise log? I wasn't sure what category this workout would fit into. Any suggestions are appreciated.
