Neufchatel cheese with or without jelly.

Peanut butter with or without jelly.

    Just butter.

    Nutella
    Honey
    Egg, cheese, and portobello mushrooms
    Nothing.
  • I use either the Weight Watchers cream cheese or the light Laughing Cow cheese wedges.

Whole grain toasted with tomato, sprouts, veggie cream cheese and low sodium turkey. Manna from heaven.
  • A little peanut butter and/or mash up some banana and spread it on. Or put a poached egg on it.

mhm the egg sounds good. can it be a boiled egg?

Definitely! you can mash up the boiled egg and mix in a little plain yogurt. Egg salad!

I like an Everything bagel with tomato slice, a couple slices of either cooked turkey bacon or real (in moderation of course) and a few slices of cucumber. Pretty yummy.

I also like herb and garlic cream cheese thinly layered on an Everything bagel.

Like others have said, just use some self control and enjoy what you like.
  • Toasted with any type of nut-butter!!
Especially almond butter or chunky peanut butter :)

Sometimes I like tofutti on my bagel too.... but only when I have the $$ to splurge a little.

I love my half of a cinnamon raisin bagel with a VERY thin layer of raw almond butter. It's usually my sweet treat for the day.

No. That would ruin everything.

You can put yogurt instead, greek yogurt is a decent substitute. I also like slived tomatos and sprouts on mine.

Right now mine has turkey breast, jalapenos, onion, and tomatos. Amazing. Gonna have about 4 of these bad boys today. No need for cream cheese.

My favorite breakfast/brunch is a bagel with laughing cow cheese on it. My favorite is the sun dried tomato and basil.
