Saturday 1000 cal burn - who's in?

I saw someone's post about a friday 1000 cal burn...anyone interested in doing this tomorrow? I am going out tomorrow night with the girls and there will be some drinks involved. Don't want to screw up my week, so I am going to put in a 1000 calorie burn tomorrow. Who's up for the challenge?

    I'm running a 5k tomorrow, so I guess I could do a little extra to bring myself up to 1000.

    i'm in. got a hot yoga session planned in the morning, then hoping for a gym session later in the day with some lifting and a possible cardio session. that should put me at around 1600 calories burned, if all goes well.

    I'll do it. I'm playing tennis for at least an hour, and doing 30 Day Shred. Plus I may go to the gym and hit the elliptical and treadmill since its a winter wonderland here and I really don't want to go out walking/running in it.

    Tomorrow is going to be my long run day, as well as upper body weight training...........mowing 2 lawns......I'm in.

    I would like to try! I've never burned more than 450 & that was doing aerobic walking for an hour, so not sure if I can but I will try ;)

    I'll chime in. Heading to the zoo, so LOTS of walking. Should see somewhere around 2k burned off. (Now... what to eat to make sure to FUEL that burn??)

    well i'm in, even though its sat today :P I didnt get any workouts in yesterday and i'm aiming for 500 cal burn a day.

    Off to 30day shred it up, followed by p90x yoga hmmm

    got here late, but I'm always up for a good challenge. Looks like I will be hitting the elliptical AND the ab machine when I get home tonight ...... I think I already have 4-500 in the bag from my AM cardio .....
