New and looking for college-aged friends

I'm soon-to-be-20 and trying to start making healthy lifestyle a habit early!

I was competitive cheer captain in high school and ate HORRIBLY, but was able to keep the weight off due to 4-5 hour a day practices. I stopped cheering senior year of high school to start pursuing my career goals, and by the beginning of my sophomore year in college, I was 5'1 and weighed 146 pounds! I got down to 129 pounds by myself and am hoping to get down to 118 and change my diet well into the future.


Anyone in a similar boat?

    I just turned 21 a couple weeks ago. :)

    I am about 5 pounds from my goal weight, but need to start strength training soon.

    But a couple years ago I was 180, now I am 129 and I am 5'9. :)
