building muscle in arms but skin is lose

Help!! I looked in the mirror today and flexed and noticed the muscle is looking really good but then I looked under near my armpit and noticed flabby arm skin. PLease help. I do one exercise right now that is supposed to help but is there any others that I could do that will tone up the skin in that area or all over my body. Any and all help with be greatly appreciated.

    Is it flabby in that you still have some fat to lose, or do you just mean that there is loose skin there and it is not body fat?

    If it is the former, you just have to keep eating at a calorie deficit to lose the fat. If it is the latter, then lift some weights to strengthen that muscle, and in time, the skin may regain its elasticity. As far as certain exercises, I really like different variations of push-ups to strengthen the tricep area.
