what do i do with this hot mess?

! had a 12 hour day of travel today... I got up early, left at 7, drove an hour,, sat in a waiting room for a while, spend an hour and a half on a ferry, an hour on a bus, train, bus...

lunch. stupid me eats a bento at a sushi place... tempura yams, stir fry, yam rolls, salad. I know a TON of sodium, and fried goodness (now awfulness)

had a 3 hour meeting, then reversed that travel regimen home.

it's 8 pm, I'm not hungry, I have only had two meals today... so I will be way short on food,

problem 2 - I'm doing the 30 day shred. its so late and i'm so messed up, do I still do it? will I be able to sleep tonight if I work out before bed?

option 1 is drink my glass of wine, don't eat, do to bed, tomorrow will be better.
option 2 is 30ds, eat half a papaya or some watermelon for dinner, drink wine go to bed way late

    You can still do your workout and you will be fine. But we don't know if you'll be able to sleep afterwards. Some people sleep better after working out and some don't.. Everyone is different.

    yea I guess, no excuses. It's almost 9 and i'm still busy "getting home" (dog out and fed)

    it's only 20 minutes!
