If it will fit your calories and your macros and you want it, eat it. Fit everything else in around it.0

Exercise earlier in the day if possible. Eat a healthy snack before you go to take the edge off. Keep your water intake up and enjoy yourself. I assume it's not an every day event.
Think ahead to what foods are your weakness and set some goals. Mine is bread, so I try to limit myself to one roll if they're large, two if small. If I skip the bread then I'm very proud. I limit myself to just a couple bites of mayo based side dishes (egg/potato/pasta salads) and if there is cake I am so having a slice, but a just small one. Everything else I can usually take or leave without issue, so I focus on my foods of self-destruction.
Eat less than you would've before joining fitness pal and that alone is a victory. A victory is a victory no matter how small.0 -
