Hi my name is Yolanda and I am fairly new to this website, but loving it so far I have lost a total of 23 pounds between March and today and I feel good. Counting calories not only allows me to keep up with how much I intake daily, but it also allows me to know whats healthy for me and whats not. I am getting older and need to maintain exercise as well as eating right and this website helps me to do that.
