I have only been using this program faithfully for a week but I can already tell a difference in how I feel. I have more energy and I am not feeling hungry even though I am doing the 1200 calories a day. I am so glad I found this program that I can use on the computer and the app on the phone. It makes it so much easier to keep up with what I eat and I just focus on one day at a time. So far I have only been over my calories by 26 and 19 on two different days, other days I have been under.
For me this is MY SUCCESS!

Well done and keep going. The better you feel the better your life will get. Do make sure you eat enough calories - being under 1200 is not necessarily good and eating too little won't help you, especially with diabetes. :flowerforyou:0
