My last week was perfect calorie-intake wise, I've never excceeded my calories and each day contained atleast 30 min session of cardio + weight lifting, so frustrating

Give it another week.
If it doesn't work, start to look at what your calories consist of. (Protein, Carbs, Fats, Fiber)
It also depends on your goal body type too.
But don't judge your progress on strictly numbers.0 -
I completely agree. You'll see more results w/ a tape measure than a scale. I lost 23.5 inches in 2 months, but only 7lbs. Because muscle weighs more than fat. That said, if you consistently stay at the same weight, make sure your eating enough cals for ur height, weight, & type of exercise. Many people plateau when they don't consume enough. Good luck!0

If you are doing weights it is like you have build up muscle so the scale will not show much
1, look at things like your meaurement
2, how much sleep you are getting ( 8 hours a night)
3, how much water you are drinking (8 glasses plus a day)
4, the times you are eating, you don't want to eat past 7;30pm
5, how offen you eat (eating 3 meals plus snack)
6, how often you exercie ( try twice a day, 30 min plus)
sounds like you are doing all the right things, keep it up. I love quote they keep me going
"It comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life, and what are you willing to do to get it?"
"Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway"0 -
Definitly doing the right things, also thank dancingonstar for the encouraging words.. I guess it just takes time and the weights is not always a clear indicative, I just wanted to drop from the 90's realm to the 80's
oh well, next week!0 -
Yeah, in your case, you need to ditch the scales! You look more toned in this weeks pic compared to last weeks so you are definitely doing this right!
Keep it up0 -
The pics speak for themselves, can definately see results even if they're not showing on the scales0

Thanks everyone, you did motivate me a bit, and its always nice to receive compliments! see you next at next week's weigh in !0

Any loss is a great loss!0

Don't give up. This used to happen to me all the time I would NEVER lose any weight the first week then the second week bam -5lbs. Sometimes our bodies need to catch up.
Good luck.0
