Road Map Questions.?!

I tried posting this on the Road Map 3.0 thread but it was locked...any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm so confused right now I could throw things. Lots of things.

Math/Computers was never my strong point, (it's why I draw on people for a living) so I just wanted to make sure I've figured this out right. I can't open the excel sheets (really, it's amazing I can log onto Facebook half the time) but have used some of the info here to try and figure this all out.
MFP puts my total daily calories burned at 1950.
I'm in level 2 for women for body fat so am cutting this by 15% which gives me roughly a 1600 calorie goal. That's easy enough.

Now then. As long as I eat up to or just under that 1600 I should see results yes? This includes eating back calories burned? Right now I do the 30ds and Zumba each night...a total of about an hour and a half worth of exercise. And about 840 calories burned give or take. So do I just eat the 1600? or 1600+840 so 2440....that seems a bit much.

Help.
Thanks

Nevermind. Eat a net of 1600 calories. I think. I hope. I'm going to bed. Eff.

This. The TDEE includes the activity level from your workouts (think about the acronym Total Daily Energy Expenditure :P).

With that, the amount of calories you burn each week is estimated and averaged out all week long for you into your net goal. If you want to log exercise on MFP while following TDEE -x%, then you can do so regularly and not eat your burned cals back or you can log the exercise as 1 calorie burned.

Alright, so just eat 1600 Calories regardless of how much exercise. Thanks!

Sorry...one more question. Before I started working out every day I was what MFP considers sedentary...I literally would sit on my *kitten* and do nothing all day at work. Now that I am active for at least 90 minutes a day 7 days a week...I should increase my activity level in my fitness profile...right?

I'm sorry if I seem extremely out of it...I'm just tired of feeling the way I do in my skin and want to change. And make it last this time, not just a quick fad.

WOOOOO! had someone explain/walk me through the excel sheets and enter everything I needed to....turns out I was eating WAY TOO LITTLE. About 600 calories to little a day. So I followed instructions and now have mfp set to suggestions....and am needing to eat 2000 calories a day. Whoa.

I spent a great deal of time on the spreadsheets this morning, they are confusing. I hope I have things calculated correctly. Seems like each tab says something different. Glad you found someone to walk you through it. I may need to look for just such a person!
