    As someone who already has this individual on my list, let me assure you folks that his capacity for abuse is the stuff of legends. I spend days crafting the perfect motivational insults to shame him into better performance. This guy burns 1,000 to 1,500 extra calories with sufficient motivation.

    I hesitate nowadays when I see requests like this because they've backfired and blown up in my face once too often in the past on my old MFP account.

    If you are dead serious about this, I will send you a friend request. And I mean dead serious. My training partner at home knows full well that I don't sugar-coat *kitten*. If you suck, I will tell you how bad. If your feelings get hurt, then you probably need to grow a bigger pair.

    Listen here cupcake - you need to suck it up and motivate your own damn self. Nobody here is going to be able to push you to where you want to go. If you're relying on other people for your drive, you're never going to get anywhere YOU want to go.
