Reducing BF

Ok, I know there are no quick fixes in health & fitness but I thought I'd throw this out there and see what I got back!
I have 4 weeks until my friend's wedding in Sicily and I'm petrified of having to wear a bikini. I'm generally a very active person and apart from my very sweet tooth I eat good healthy food (well....this past week has been a blip, but hey ho!).
Now I know I'm not going to be able to make any life changing differences but an overall reduction in body fat (particularly my damned saddlebags!) would make me feel physically & emotionally better. Does anyone have any tried & trusted 4 week "shape up" methods please? I've done 30DS previously but any other suggestions would be great.
Thanks in advance!

Eat less calories and pick up heavy things.
You will not see much in terms of Fat loss in 4 weeks. It is a little crazy to think it can happen that fast. However do what you should have been doing awhile back and you won't have this problem next time.0 -

I don't think it's unreasonable to lose half a stone to feel better about myself in 4 weeks.
Thanks for your suggestion though, I'm sure everyone has blips and periods of weight gain every now and then0 -

You can lose weight that fast but it won't be body fat. (mostly)
Your title and your original post said you wanted to reduce body fat. If that is the case you will want to slow down, make sure you are eating enough and do strentgh training. If you just want to lose as you said "half a stone" then you could do it in four weeks but it would include a lot of muscle mass.
A smaller marshmellow is still a marshmellow.................................reduse body fat, not just weight. Or you might not like how you look even after getting to whatever weight you want.0 -
First of all, you look great, period. I think that you could lose a few pounds in four weeks, but if you cut calories too much, ironically, you won't see it as fat loss, because it will come from everywhere (muscle, etc). So TDEE minus 20%, or using the MFP settings for losing a pound or 1.5 a week, with eating back your exercise calories.
My suggestion would be to do some intensive interval and strength work, keep your sodium low, lean protein up. If you are doing new/difficult exercises, you will feel changes and you'll feel good about that.

You look fabulous in your pics. I don't think you should be worried at all!0
