Well, here I go AGAIN!! Back on the weight loss band wagon--BUT I will not give up! So far I am doing great and just hope that I can continue to do well! No, I WILL CONTINUE TO DO WELL! This is about a healthy lifestyle change and not about a diet.....

    im in the same boat as you guys, i lost a bunch of weight just before my son was born then i started sympathy eating with my wife and put it all back on and now its been a struggle to get back into it but i think im finally ready to do it again
