Hello. I am somewhat new here. I joined some time ago, then let life take me over.
I am back & for good. :)
I will be 36 this year. I need to get back into shape & to a healthy weight. It is not easy (I suffer from a binge eating disorder & am a stress eater), BUT I am DETERMINED to beat it & get to where I need to be this year!
I have put it off long enough.
As of the last week, I am finally in the right frame of mind I know I can do it.
I am recouping from some injuries (Had stress fractures in legs & Disk protrusion) but my goal is to get back into doing a few 5k races this year. Hopefully with my eating now under control, I will be able to get back into the gym soon.
Anyhow, if there is anyone out there that would like a new friend, please feel free to add me as I would love to offer & receive support along this journey :)
