Hello everyone.
I've been on this diet since the first of March and so far so good. I do 30 mins of cardio 6 days a week and lift weights every other day. I was told by the doctor to be careful when using weights as to much would stimulate my appetite. My question is does anyone use supplements primarily for weight lifting? I do not want to become a bulked up behemoth but a little bulk and tone can't be a bad thing. My other consideration with using supplements; I usually go to the gym fairly late which means I get home about an hour before I go to bed. I don't want to take anything that would keep me wired awake for the next 3 hours. Advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I do whey protein after exercise. I go to the gym 1.5 hours before I go to bed and I usually fall right to sleep. If I go earlier in the day I will use c4, a pre-workout supplement that helps your muscles burn fat and gives you energy. You can get both at GNC.
