Newbie

First time ever trying a diet plan. Seems ok so far after first 5 days. Don't feel hungry at all and plan is simple to follow. 7lbs in first 5 days. 45 to go

    Congratulations!! I started 2 days ago but refuse to weigh myself more than one day a week. I was sick before my first child and weighed less than 100 lbs. I'm scared to go back there and starve myself because that darned scale won't budge. Anyway my goal is 45 and may change to 60 when it gets closer. It just depends on how I feel when I get there. I agree the plan is easy and that helps a lot. Best of luck in your weight loss. :happy:

    Okay! I just officially started this week and won't do my first weigh in until Thursday. I'm planning on eliminating my addiction to junk food and increasing my cardio and water intake. It's a start. I don't expect perfection the first week, but I'm hoping to lose a pound or two to give me a kick start!
