I'm new here

Hello,

My name is Ashley. I'm new to this site. I'm just looking to make positive and healthy eating and fitness changes. I do not believe in diets. I believe in steady and continuous eating habits and fitness goals. I am 22 (almost 23) year old. I am 5'4" and I weigh 160 pounds. Before college I weighed about 130 pounds. I'm hoping to get back to that weight. It's hard because I'm studying and in class all day. I have no free time. And when I do have free time, I'm so exhausted that I just want to sit on my butt and do nothing. I'm hoping to motivate myself a little more and thus get in shape and feel less lethargic all the time.
