How to be healthy with Food Allergies

Hey everyone,

I have been on this site for a while and it has really helped me reach my goal weight and stay healthy but now I have a new challenge for which I'd like some input on. I have recently developed severe food allergies. I have gone into anaphylaxis three times within the past 16 days. I have now found out I am allergic to tree nuts, peanuts, soy, potatoes, peas and oranges. The latter three are easy enough to stay away from (minus the potato which seems to be in a lot of things) it's the nuts and soy which are creating tremendous difficulty. My allergy is severe enough that none of what I consume can be touched by these products. Anyone else have major food allergies? I'm just looking for ANY advice on what makes your life a little easier! Thanks in advance!
