    I loved Insanity, couldn't complete the whole program (missed the last 2 weeks due to injury) but I hope after a month of light exercise I'll get back to it! =)

    Your ahead of me. Today is Day 20 so the last workout day for Week 3!

    I'm actually getting really nervous as Month 2 is coming so soon. I was looking at some videos on Youtube and the fact that the workouts are way much longer scares me because they're already super intense... Defiantly scared now. I'll send you a FR. I like having my INSANE Buddies.
