First time poster

This is my first time posting here. I have been usinf MFP since the first of the year and I love it. If nothing else it has made my fully aware of the amount of sodium in my diet and I never add salt to anything. Now I am able to manage it properly. I am well on my way to meeting my goal of losing 20 to 25 lbs. I have lost 16 lbs since I started and I travel two or three weeks a month which makes it ever more challenging. I do have a question though. I use Tony Horton's one on one workouts and his ten minute workouts frequently but I cannot find a good estaimte for the maount of calories I am burning using his workouts. Does anyone know where I can get some basic info without have to get a heart rate monitor and strap it on? I also use my eliptical and run as frequently as I can. I am an avid suporter of runtasticpro and how it links right into MFP.

Anyway - Tracking daily and for me weighing myself daily may be a pain but it really shows me exactly what I am doing and the impact of it. I am not a fanatic but I am learning what works for me and what doesn't.
