Hi! I'm a SAHM to two little girls, 5 & 7. Tried kickboxing today and LOVE it. Off to buy gloves shortly. Was a huge fan of yoga and while yoga will always have a special place in my heart I really would like to loose 10#...

Considering going to YMCA's 5:30am classes:
Mon/Wed/Fri: Spin,
Tues "Jump, Pump & Jab" &
Thurs "Cardio Drills & Muscle Skills" for hour, Tues/Thurs ,
Sat: kickboxing (1 hour) & total body conditioning (1/2 hour)
Sun: OFF

    A member of my local Y.
    I do M/W/F Bosu/Pump & Go classes (cardio/strength)
    Yoga on T/T
    and occasionally squeeze in a trip on the weekends

    I love doing Turbo jam at home when I get a minute and am in the process of breaking in the punching bag I got for Christmas
