How Many Calories to Eat? So Confused!

Hey guys, so I've attempted to do IPOARM, but I honestly cannot calculate how many minutes I spend doing different forms activity every day, as my days can be so different!

If I ate at my BMR and added in exercise calories, would that work out better for me? I am very confused over what to do. Thanks :)
