Looking for inspiration

Hiya
My name is Kevin. I've been on a diet and using MFP since the first of March. My wife has for a bit longer with tremendous results. She mentioned checking the forums for inspirations and ideas so I figured I would introduce myself. So far our dieting plan has worked wonderfully, that combined with cardio, weight lifting and martial arts has given me decent results on the long road ahead.
I believe my biggest issue is the guilt that comes with an every once in a while splurge from eating out in a nice restaurant. Really trying to be more flexible in my mindset but its awfully hard.

I'm far from an expert, but my sister-in-law has lost over 100 pounds and she has a one day a week treat. Nothing over-the-top, but a candy bar if she wants or a smoothie, whatever. With that she knows, it's only 1 per week. She struggled with the mental part of it, but when she "stopped" dieting she didn't have the cravings. She kept the same mentality though and only has a treat once a week. That is the attitude I'm going with. I have told myself it isn't "cheating." I hope that it works.
