Too much? Should I slow down?

I'm wondering if I'm working out too much? Right now I'm taking Sundays off, but everyday I am doing a 3 mile walk/run, 30 minutes of circuit training in the afternoon, then another 3 mile walk/run in the evening. Should I be resting more? I feel really good. I don't feel too tired.

    why would that be too much? your working out is less than a lot of peoples mornings in labour jobs.

    It's very hard to work out too much. it's very easy to undereat and undersleep.

    It's all cardio, so you'll be fine. But if you're serious about making some changes to your body adding some resistance training 3x per week would be a good idea

    When I do my circuit training I include weights, puch-ups, crunches, rows, that kind of stuff. What else would be good?

    Thank you :) I eat at least 1600 calories a day, and I try to sleep 6-8 hours a night.
