Too much? Should I slow down?

I'm wondering if I'm working out too much? Right now I'm taking Sundays off, but everyday I am doing a 3 mile walk/run, 30 minutes of circuit training in the afternoon, then another 3 mile walk/run in the evening. Should I be resting more? I feel really good. I don't feel too tired.

why would that be too much? your working out is less than a lot of peoples mornings in labour jobs.
It's very hard to work out too much. it's very easy to undereat and undersleep.0 -
It's all cardio, so you'll be fine. But if you're serious about making some changes to your body adding some resistance training 3x per week would be a good idea0

Thank youI eat at least 1600 calories a day, and I try to sleep 6-8 hours a night.
