My other thread got deleted for some reason.. But I just wanted to thank everyone for support, idk how I'm gonna get help and what not but I'll try to. I'd join and gym but that can't happen because Muay Thai is already to much of an expense. I can't bring myself to eat more than 1000 calories because it makes me feel sick if I see I gained the tiniest bit of weight. So thanks for the encouragement and I'm here for anybody who needs anything !

Ummm...dude. As a guy, you need MUCH more than 1000 calories daily especially if you are doing Muay Thai. If you can't join a gym, push-ups, sit-ups and tricep dips can all be done with no equipment. Go to a local park and find some monkey bars you can do chin-ups on. But you need to eat.0

I am sorry your thread got deleted. I can understand where you are with the calories. I netted between 900-1,000 calories if I was lucky. I am taking a online undereating class to help me. I upped my calories to 1665 which is what I am to eat according to Scoobysworkshop.com fast calorie calculator.
I eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks spaced every few hours. I net now about 1500-1600 calories.0 -
The best advice I can give you is to increase your calories a little bit at a time. You've got to start eating more calories my friend. Try bumping it up to 1100 per day for a week or two, then 1200 and so on. Instead of eating larger quantities of food, add calories to the things you are already eating. For example, add a tablespoon of peanut butter to your oatmeal, half an avocado to a sandwich or an extra slice of cheese, things like that. You won't feel like you are eating more food.
As far as the gym goes, does your school have a weight room you can use? If yes, take advantage of it. If not, start building yourself a home gym a little bit at a time. Start by looking for equipment on craigslist. People are always buying and selling exercise equipment b/c they don't end up using it. We actually got quite a bit of weights for free years ago from one of my husband's coworker's who had a bench and weights left from when her kids still lived at home. Last summer we bought an olympic bar and more plates.
What I do know is you look pretty thin in your picture, you don't look like you need to go down in size at all, but weightlifting REALLY changes your body composition. I am just getting back to it after having an illness and major surgery (my story is at the following link: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/918358-they-cut-my-head-open-your-excuse-is-invalid), anyhow, during the time that I was focusing on lifting heavy and very little cardio I went down 3 sizes but only lost 2 pounds over the course of about 6 months. Weight lifting will make you lean and burn fat from your body. You will not get huge unless you intend to.0 -
good luck man. forget about joining a gym right now and use that time/cash to get some counseling. the problem isn't with your weight or your food or your bodyfat, it's within you. you need to get that right if you're ever going to be comfortable in your own skin0
