New Rules of Lifting for Women - jumping involved??

I have been reading a lot about NROL and wanted to look into it. But before I drop the cash on the book, I wanted to ask... Does anyone know if there is a lot of jumping? I broke my ankle in September and, while I've gone back to walking on the treadmill and the elliptical, running and jumping still hurt a LOT. So, just curious if there is a lot of that or if it's just straight up lifting weights and doing squat type things (which still hurt, but I can work through that).
Thanks!
Thanks!

It's all lifting. You can do whatever you want for cardio. (I'm assume, I've read/skimmed New Rules of Lifting, was in able to get NRoLfW at my library, I figure they're probably pretty similar.)0

It's just lifting. He suggests you do 20 minutes of HIIT but leaves it up to you on how you do that.0

Nope. It describes a couple of squat/lunge jumps toward the end of the book, but as the others said, it is all about lifting weights.0

I'm on stage 7 of 7, no jumping.0
